Job Title: Executive Office ReceptionistJob Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr. This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.As a member of the Executive Office team, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Office Manager and assists with the administrative tasks of the Executive Office.Our employees represent The Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards. Learn more about The Broadmoor here.What you will be doing:Answers the telephone, respond to email, sort mail, and route any messages accordingly.Compose and type donation letters, memos, weekly Department Head Meeting minutes, gift certificates, guest comment percentage reports, birthday cards, etc. as directed.Updates calendars and appointments as requested.Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies, as needed.Performs clerical duties such as creating and/or printing fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, filing, photocopying, sending faxes or collating.Provides support to Executive Committee members, as needed.Assists with VIP Guest planning, as directed.Covers for Executive Office Manager by handling all related duties during absences, i.e., vacation, etc. as directed.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentUphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesOther duties as assignedThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
