Job Title: Golf Tournament Events Professional Job Pay Range: $19/hr. This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.As a member of the Golf team, this role will work directly with the tournament/events manager and all group clients in the booking and coordination of all group events and assists Tournament Events Manager in scoring, cart preparation, amenities, and supervises other staff assisting with groups.Our employees represent The Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards. Learn more about The Broadmoor here.What you will be doing:Work closely with the Tournament/Events Manager in the planning and coordinating of golf groupsInput names and pairings of group events and print out cart signs, score cardsPrepare and expedite contracts to group clients for all golf groupsEnsure that the golf courses are being booked to capacity producing maximum profitabilityWork with groups to ensure accuracy of scoring and their intended style of playWork with fellow staff to ensure a consistent level of preparedness and presentation that are up to BROADMOOR standardsWork with group contacts to ensure accuracy and follow-though on amenity requestsPrepare tournament scoring and results and work with the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operationWillingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentUphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesOther duties as assignedThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
