This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.As a member of the Human Resources team, this role will oversee and manage all Human Resources and employee communication for the resort, including administration and management of our web-based internal communications channel. This person will create and prepare all communication content for Human Resources, to include flyers and publications as well as email and digital direct communication to employees. Supports the Resort’s vision, purpose and objectives through the management, development and marketing of strategic internal communications. Create communication tools and visual assets that support and promote the overall culture of the organization. Assist with communications strategies and execution in support of overall employment marketing plans including, digital strategy, social media platforms, Careers website strategy and online vendor solutions. Our employees represent The Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards. Learn more about The Broadmoor here.What you will be doing:Create, develop, and execute all HR communications relayed to employees through e-mail, memos, newsletters, flyers, posters, signage, internet and other communication tools.Design and implement regular employee communication tools to ensure everyone is informed, including traditional newsletters and regular electronic publications and video signage throughout the resortAdminister and manage all primary points of Beekeeper, the web-based internal communications channel for all employees; design platform touch points the allow all employees to be informed and engagedWork closely with Marketing and Public Relations to coordinate seamless promotion of employment opportunities and attract top talent to join the companyOversee coordination of social media content, ensure proper distribution through all relevant channels and explore viability of new social media sites and appsResponsible for overall content included on The Broadmoor’s own Careers page in support of the overall strategy with emphasis on current and applicable content. Partner with Digital Marketing team on opportunities for enhanced functions and continuous improvement of the user experience.Assist with communication elements posted with external vendors such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc to assist employment brand is comprehensive and consistent on all platformsCreate custom content requiring research, interviews, photography, writing, formatting, design, printing and distribution.Stay current on communication tools and methods based on research and industry trends, updating internal strategies and execution when applicableWorks closely with HR Recruiting and Training leaders to continually improve the branding image of all recruiting and training materials to best represent the employee experience at The BroadmoorAssists in designing all recruitment and training presentations, publications and collateral.Integrate Human Resources social media, e-communication and research content between the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, Human Resources, and outside marketing agencies.Develop recruitment social media content and work collaboratively with Human Resources leaders within The Broadmoor entities to create meaningful and impactful stories.Work with Social Media Manager and Recruiting Managers to maintain comprehensive Human Resources Social Media calendar and on-going strategic plan to include all media messaging and regular updating in accordance with brand messaging.Create content for Human Resources Social Media channels including Blogs, Facebook, Twitter and other sites in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Recruitment.Works with the HR Operations team to design and maintain the Main Employee hallway information bulletin boards and digital signageWorks closely with the Employee Relations team and Broadmoor Cares Committee in assisting with monthly employee events.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentUphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesOther duties as assignedThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
