KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Influence account decision maker in order to achieve sales volume and margin targets within assigned territories, execute the 1.5 rule to eliminate stock outs and to generate and input the optimal order into the handheld device
• Execute all merchandising and sales programs to drive incremental volume, including, VIP, Display Drive, PSA and Chain Promotions
• Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services we offer
• Fully utilize all technology available to the Account Manager to maximize time and to drive sales opportunities
• Monitor and manage all accounts for opportunities and challenges
• Conduct weekly audits for the assigned account base and monitor the quality of overall services provided by merchandisers to existing accounts
• To be an expert in the beverage industry as well as the New Age category
• Maintain a professional, responsible attitude when handling customer complaints
• Ensure that all assigned stores are properly merchandised according to corporate strategy, including, High 5. QPOD and strike zone elements
• Ensure that all account related paperwork is accurately recorded and maintained
• Position may include additional responsibilities and duties assigned from management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service by communicating comfortably and effectively with all customers.
• Strong organizational, written and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fluent in English a must
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card within two weeks of employment.
• Must be able to work in all climates and environmental conditions.
• Experience driving vans, 4 Bays and box trucks a plus
• Moderate familiarization with field marketing and distribution sales a plus
