Position Description : Collection Specialist (Accounts Receivable)(B-2-B)

Classification : Full-time employee (W-2) (Hourly)

Location : Farmingdale, NY 11735 (on-site 40 hours / week - Monday - Friday)

ABOUT THE POSITION :

We are enjoying excellent growth and need to add a Collection Specialist (B-2-B) position in our Farmingdale, NY Distribution Center.

In this position, you will conduct detailed research into discrepancies and maintain up-to-date information on customers and your collection efforts.

You will provide regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections activities and outstanding balances for management review.

ABOUT YOU :

• 3 years of experience in B-2-B A / R Collections (required)
• 3 years of Customer Service experience (required)
• AA Degree preferred
• Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) - applications used in A / R (required)
• Willing to have a background check
• Willing to work on-site (Monday Friday)
