The Beverage Works is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near Fairfield, NJ

The Delivery Driver position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities/Duties

    • Complete vehicle checklist and ensure product count is accurate (AM and PM)
    • Ensure all products are delivered as ordered by the sales team
    • Follow structured delivery frequency and time stops on assigned accounts
    • Document the in and out times for each delivery and note any necessary adjustments on the manifest
    • Rotate stock and merchandise when required
    • Ensure usage of all security features. (i.e. safe, puck locks)
    • Follow all safe driving state laws and company policies
    • Obtain accurate payment for delivery and/or proof of delivery
    • Properly sort and process all paperwork and payments at the end of the day
    • Position may include additional responsibilities and duties assigned from management.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proper written and verbal communication skills
    • Obtain a DOT (Department of Transportation) Medical Examiners Card within 2 weeks of employment
    • Clean driving record (less than 4 points)
    • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Must be able to work in all climates and environmental conditions
    • Fluent in English a must, bi-lingual a plus
    • Experience driving a van/truck/4 bay a plus
