Currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in the Brockton, MA area.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Administrative Assistant include :

• Answer incoming calls
• File documents
• Take orders and messages over the phone
• Perform data entry of the orders

Requirements of the Part-Time Administrative Assistant :

• Previous office experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of sales and telemarketing preferred
• Ability to work independently

Hours : 8 : 30 am -2 : 00 pm Tuesday s and Friday s and also provide coverage for vacations

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr
