The Alpha Group is Hiring a Billing Clerk Near East Providence, RI
Currently seeking a Billing Clerk for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Riverside, RI.
Responsibilities of Billing Clerk :
- Communicate with various departments to produce accurate and timely invoices
- Enter sales orders into computer
- Invoice in both Point of Sale and Order Entry
- Process credit cards accurately
- Complete daily batching and closing procedures
- Process daily reports
- Perform filing duties including updating system
- Assist in department projects
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Requirements of Billing Clerk
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills
- Highly organized
- Good problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently or in a team setting
- Good multi-tasking skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable bending and lifting file boxes as needed
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr
