• Note: Hours for Thursday, July 11, 2024, will be 2:45 p.m. 7:00 p.m.Qualifications: This position requires a well-organized individual able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and work effectively with program supervisors and staff. Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Compile and manipulate information in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Infinite Campus, and Desktop Publishing 2.Locate and extract information from the Internet (DESE reports, manuals, etc.) 3.Assist in preparation of DESE reports concerning MCAS 4.Maintain calendars and schedule events for the Edison Evening Academy Summer Trimester Program 5.Prepare payroll for program staff and maintain records 6.Perform other administrative assistant duties as assigned by the program supervisor(s) and Principal of Edison Evening Academy Compensation: Per Contract Funding Source: 20E, Grant Funding
