We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Fort Collins, CO location. This is a fully office-based position, with a 7:00am – 3:30pm work schedule.
Your Role:
• Support the activities of one or more senior level employees.
• Complete administrative tasks related to domestic/international project management.
• Complete and track expense reports.
• Record minutes of staff meetings and route to appropriate individuals.
• Compose and generate routine correspondence.
• Records management and document controls per company standards.
• Support project management staff with community outreach and meeting planning.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
• Minor domestic/international travel may be required.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience formatting technical reports preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Compensation:
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Pay Range: $20-$30 per hour.
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
