The Tesla CollisionRepair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative towork on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This positionwill involve supporting the Internal Collision Center Rental Vehicle Program.
- New Rental vehicle preparation
- Rental maintenance and safety inspections
- Customer communication and expectations
- Rental coordination and hand off
- Returned vehicle inspection
- Billing coordination with customerand insurance
- Adherence to policy and procedures ofrental program
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationshipswith those contacted in the course of work, including the public
- Must be willing to train others
- Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
- Microsoft Office experience, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as theability to follow instructions
- Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair,preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
