As a Construction Project Manager, you will be playing a criticalrole leading construction projects at Tesla Fremont. You will be evaluating,awarding, and mobilizing contractors/subcontractors and coordinating all fieldoperations. In addition, you will be facilitating the close out of any sitequeries (RFI) with Engineering, Quality, Commissioning or Manufacturing teams,stewarding contractor/subcontractors for required deliverables, while drivingexecution schedule and budgets.
- Successfully manage complex contracted and self-performedconstruction projects
- Create, steward, drive project schedules, solving criticalpaths and communicating roadblocks and capable to influencing and resolvingsite issues
- Manage contractors effectively, efficiently and safety
- Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plans
- Work with engineering teams to resolve design roadblocksstrategically
- Ensure installation meets end users' requirements and qualityexpectations
- Schedule and lead quality control and all necessaryinspections such as with city, vendor
- Coordinate tool install move-in, anchoring and utilitieshook-up efforts
- Supporting commissioning team with punch closing, testing,energization, and start-up efforts
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience driving the execution ofconstruction projects in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Ability to evaluate multidisciplinary drawings and coordinatecross functionality to ensure on-time execution
- Evaluate and develop fragment schedules to aid in acceleratedcompletions
- Familiar with code compliance and building occupancy
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functionalorganization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, andorganization skills
- Confident in decision making ability and coordinating amongkey stakeholders

$72,000 - $210,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
