General Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
2. Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions
3. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
4. Performing equipment, material and routine site inspections
5. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staffs
6. Writing up reports, budgets, project plans and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
7. Working closely with architects and other professionals
8. Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction
9. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff
10. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering preferable
• Experience in the construction industry required
• Experience in a leadership role recommended
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
