**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function within our two organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

This position will be located at 217 North Main Street, Rutland, Vermont.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • SHRM-SCP, CP required
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with executive team to drive organizational development and change management initiatives
