About The Position:The
Executive Assistant shall provide administrative support in the FPS Regional Headquarters Office. The
Executive Assistant maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day- to-day activities of the Regional Office management staff, works independently with minimal oversight. The responsibilities of this position include having knowledge and understanding of FPS program mission, objectives, goals, plans and procedures.
Duties / Responsibilities:The
Executive Assistant will provide administrative support in a management environment using common office equipment, e.g., facsimile (fax) machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers given minimum instruction and supervision. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Use a personal computer for email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Uses common office equipment, e.g., facsimile (fax) machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers.
- Performs high quality project support.
- Work with most levels of Government/client personnel.
- Handles confidential information.
- Maintains logs, records, archives and/or working files.
- Handles correspondence, prepares reports, arranges meetings and/or travel arrangements.
Minimum Requirements: - U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office products on common office equipment.
- Five (5) years of experience working in a position with minimal supervision.
- Five (5) years of experience working effectively with others in an office setting.
- Five (5) years of experience handling correspondence, prepares reports, arranges meetings and/or travel arrangements
- Five (5) years of experience meeting planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner.
- Five (5) years of experience meeting planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner.
- Five (5) years of experience maintaining logs, records, archives and/or working files.
- COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
Preferred Requirements: - Experience supporting C-Suite.
