Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing - Conduct research and compile information for various projects - Handle confidential information with discretion - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Provide general administrative support as needed Skills: - Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with file management systems and document organization - Experience managing calendars using Outlook or similar tools - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Accurate data entry abilities If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
