The Business Development Manager’s responsibility will be to identify and cultivate business opportunities through various networking and relationship development efforts across all markets to drive company growth.
With the initial focus on the “Commercial Maintenance” market, leveraging current and future relationships within the Commercial Maintenance and Commercial Install markets. Secondarily migrate a portion of the Business Development efforts to include both the Commercial Install and Design Build markets, with General Contractors, Owners, and Landscape Architects.
The position will also include the development of Strategic Partnerships and alliances to promote future growth via “reoccurring relationships”, while expanding upon and managing the initial phases of the company’s “sales pipeline”.
