TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group is Hiring a Service Desk Analyst II Near Fond du Lac, WI

Job Details

TEKsystems is seeking a Tier II Support Technician to support one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fond du Lac, WI. The support roles will be on site in Fond du Lac. Ideal candidates will have at least an associate's degree in information technology or computer science. We are requiring at least one year of IT help desk experience and at least six months of customer service skills. Please apply directly for more information.

Skills needed:
Excellent customer service skills (comfortable talking/working with all levels of the company & comfortable saying No when necessary)
Excellent organizational skills (needs to be able to prioritize based on criteria and multitask)
Works well as part of a team & has initiative (to look for process improvements & additional work
when caught up)
IT support working with various technologies including Windows 10, Active Directory, Service Now for
ticketing and general hardware support.
Attention to detail
Day to Day:
60% on the phone or doing walk-up Service Desk tickets
some project work
35% Deployments and device management through Intune
1. Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Applications
2. Experience with Computer deployments, ideally with Intune
3. Experience supporting a variety of hardware and devices. This environment includes Mixed tablets IOS android and Windows machines
4. Active Directory administration
5. Experience with supporting O365
