Description: A TEKsystems client is looking to bring in a Sr. M365 Program Manager to help support them on a large-scale, enterprise-wide initiative for SharePoint Online by overseeing the execution and analytics/reporting to achieve desired results and outcomes across the Program. This individual consists of migrating 2,500 users. Collaborate closely with senior leaders across the enterprise to drive change and understand initiative progress through all phases of the program lifecycle. Work across business and engineering domains and translate customer strategy and requirements to technical and functional design. The IT Program Manager must have a comprehensive understanding and experience with Enterprise IT Governance, Portfolio Governance, SDLC, as well as Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Skills: M365, program management, SharePoint Additional Skills & Qualifications: This role is specific to SharePoint Online Modernization and Migration. Manage multiple medium to complex projects with internal and external partners and teams. These projects may impact multiple business units and functions and are time critical to the organization. Collaborate with all levels of management including executives, business, and operational departments regarding program/project scope and deliverables (outcomes). Understand the intended outcomes of the program and ensure the outcomes are realistic and measurable. Collaborate with the team(s) to define the scope and who is responsible for delivering work and when it will be delivered. This includes deliverables required to complete all of the program/project work, cross-functional resource assignments, estimates of effort to complete project deliverables resulting in work plans, iterations and release plans with schedules and dependencies between team members and tasks. Manage the development of proposals and approaches for single or multi-phase complex program that span multiple teams. Provide though leadership in identifying client needs. Develop roadmaps and track dependencies for planning purposes. Facilitate change management including backlog maintenance, change of requirements and/or prioritization of scope and tasks as well as updates to release and work plans. Effectively communicate program expectations to internal sponsors, team members, external partners, and business and technical stakeholders complete project deliverables resulting in work plans, iterations and release plans with schedules and dependencies between team members and tasks. Manage the development of proposals and approaches for single or multi-phase complex program that span multiple teams. Provide though leadership in identifying client needs.
