### Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will work directly with customers to resolve their IT-related issues and ensure the smooth operation of their computer systems and networks.
### Duties:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT infrastructure projects.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
- Document all technical procedures and solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
### Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DNS, GPO, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience in computer hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
