Wells Fargo is Hiring a DeNovo Field Support Lead Near NEW YORK, NY

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a DeNovo Field Support Lead in National Advice & Acquisition as part of Consumer, Small and Business Banking. The Field Support Lead will support new branch openings, which is often referred to as DeNovo. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with field leadership to implement our DeNovo (New Branch) playbook designed to prepare colleagues for successful branch openings

  • Partner with recruiting partners to validate timely hiring of candidates

  • Deliver workshops with District Managers to enhance Branch Manager and banker ability to execute our behavior framework, customer engagement, transaction migration/digital adoption, lobby leadership and overall branch orchestration

  • Act as an advisor to leadership by identifying key growth opportunities to increase performance through activities and behavior effectiveness

  • Deliver presentations to key stakeholders and senior management on DeNovo performance

  • Solve highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in branch banking

  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels both internally and externally

  • Experience facilitating at various levels

  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

  • Experience in identifying areas of opportunity and providing a resolution

  • Ability to influence and lead across a matrixed environment

  • Leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
