We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Field Service Technician with knowledge of basic plumbing and electric for our Manhattan Service Dept. This position plays an important role in providing excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) performing emergency repairs, filter changes, troubleshooting and general preventative maintenance on coffee brewers, water coolers and other beverage-dispensing and vending equipment. General knowledge of plumbing, electricity and machinery is helpful, and knowledge of commonly-use coffee brewers and other company equipment is a plus. We provide company uniforms, a metro-card and the tools to do the job.

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Knowledge of plumbing, electricity and machinery is helpful.

· Company located in mid-town Manhattan but must be familiar with navigating transit systems/maps/directions for the New York City metropolitan area.

· Ability to process accurate department work orders/service tickets is required.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with ability to follow instructions.

· High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, and comfortable working individually or in a team environment.

· Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to increase your knowledge and understanding of Corporate Coffee Systems products, their functionality and use.

· Able to lift up to 60 pounds.

· Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:45PM
