A leading global company specialized in cryogen-free ultra-low temperature systems is in the market to hire a Field Service Technician to join the US team.

As a Field Service Technician your job includes on-site service, repair and maintenance of cryogenic systems, repair and maintenance of vacuum systems and pumps and preparing technical documentation.

Work in this role includes a considerable amount of travel, mostly in the USA and in Canada, but possibly internationally as well. You need to have a customer service attitude, since you will be in the front line in our customer service and product support.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems or instrumentation, scientific instrumentation is a plus
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cryogenic experience
• A valid driver’s license is a must have to visit customer sites (minimum 1 year from acquiring the license)
