Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative in - Residential. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our business by selling our products and services in a door-to-door manner. You will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, educating the community about our reliable TV, phone, and internet services, and acquiring new leads to expand our customer base. This is a year-round, full-time position with a flexible work schedule, allowing you to manage your own 40-hour workweek between 9am – 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact cold and warm prospect customers through in-person cold calling, networking, and referrals to educate them on our services.
• Make sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information, and sell our services to prospective customers in order to achieve sales quotas.
• Prepare documentation of sales orders received from customers and submit to supervisor on a daily basis.
• Manage customer accounts from sale through installation, performing telephone follow-ups after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set up and attend community events to identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 6 months of sales/customer service experience, or current/prior military service with an honorable discharge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary credentials or licenses to sell.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
