Responsibilities
- Contactcold and warm prospect customers through inperson cold calling atpeople s homes networking and referrals to educate them on voicedata and television services in territory provided byTDS
- Makesales calls to determine customer need gain information and sellTDS services to prospective customers in order to achieve theirsalesquota
- Preparedocumentation of sales orders received from customers and remit tosupervisor on a daily basis. This includes sales orders andagreements third party verifications and sales reports in a mannerconsistent with managerspecifications
- Managethe customer account from the sale through installation. Performtelephone followups on each sale after it is installed to ensurecustomer satisfaction after thesale
Requirements
- 6months of sales / customer service experience OR current militaryservice or prior military service with honorabledischarge
- Abilityto obtain and maintain any credentials and / or licenses necessary tosell
- Musthave access to reliable transportation
