Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Madison, WI territory to sell Xerox Small-Format Hardware, Software and Managed Services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and technology and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market; initiating, developing and closing sales
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
