Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Madison, WI territory to sell Xerox Small-Format Hardware, Software and Managed Services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market; initiating, developing and closing sales
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
