The Role: • Facilitate delivery of engaging and interactive hybrid Day 1 New Hire Orientation • Partner with relevant teams to ensure global new hire experience content/messaging is consistent and seamless • Manage the communication and ongoing onboarding experience in partnership with key stakeholders to support new hire integration in the first 90 days • Continuously improve the onboarding experience for new employees and hiring managers by gathering feedback and drawing insights from employees at several points of their onboarding journey through surveys and focus group facilitations • General administration of employee experience platform like answering tickets, reviewing update requests, and monitoring employee termination data • Respond to ad hoc training requests including diagnosing, creating action plans, researching internal and external benchmarking, and consulting with internal parties on adult learning principles • Promote and increase the adoption of OnDemand learning offerings such as the Learning Academy, LinkedIn Learning, and CultureAmp • Plan and proactively monitor the progress of multiple initiatives to ensure a comprehensive approach to advancing and expanding learning & development and culture experiences • Partner with Talent Management colleagues to accelerate our efforts to scale and provide relevant and timely solutions that build the skills and capabilities for today and tomorrow for employees • Be a culture ambassador to proactively promote and strengthen our culture through experiences that keep company values top of mind • Identify areas of opportunity and relevant solutions for improved people experiences in the workplace at an individual, team and organization level
