• Lead, manage, and coach teams: business planning, instructional design, field training, facility training, and talent pipeline development
• Foster collaboration with customers to ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs
• Develop relationships with third-party training vendors, measuring and ensuring their performance effectiveness
• Partner with Global Learning teams to share, repurpose, and deploy content
• Identify KPIs to track progress and success, partner with Business Analytics to develop reporting suite for tracking and insights
• Provide transparent updates on the status of strategic initiatives and articulate recovery plans at both operational and executive levels
• Travel to field or operations offices as needed

• Degree in Instructional Design, Business, training and collision experience, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in training industry, managing programs/projects, and leading formal/informal teams
• High degree of professionalism, strong collaboration abilities, and the proven capacity to influence key stakeholders to contribute effectively in the specified role
• Evidence based decision-making skills, creativity, and resourcefulness; willingness to be onsite and hands-on, as needed
• Solid foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments, quick thinking, and a passion for creative problem-solving
• Cultivate strong listening skills, recognizing the potential for valuable insights in every interaction with stakeholders
