HardHat is offering a Direct Hire Position in the Denver Colorado area for the following:

We are in need of a Commercial Service Manager who has a background in the Mechanical/Refrigeration/HVAC field.

Scope of work not limited to the following:

Represents the company in a professional manner at all times; Represents the company with honesty and integrity in all dealings.

• Keeps the company vehicle clean inside and out.
• Leads the service department by setting a good example. Manages Service Techs and Dispatch/Schedule team members.
• Builds rapport with, and establishes the trust and respect of, service department team & works with service department team members to help them be better at their jobs.
• Addresses performance issues with service team members as necessary.
• Schedule performance reviews with department employees and management.
• Makes hiring recommendations.
• Work with Techs and dispatchers to ensure invoices are filled out accurately.
• Customer care & follow-up-Ensures all members of the Service Department team provide quality customer service. Quickly responds to customers who have inquires or concerns about service work.
• Follows up on outstanding service issues in a timely manner, keep customers & management informed.
• Technical Training· Keeps himself, AND technicians, up to date on industry trainings and certifications. · Seeks opportunities for team members to attend vendor/industry trainings.
• Maintains necessary licenses to be an active Service Tech (06A license, NATE) Ensures Techs maintain necessary licenses, and ongoing education, for 06A license.
• Provides quotes in a timely manner & Follows up on proposals.
• Works with accounting to follow up on any clients with invoices more than 30 days old.
