Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the team with daily administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will help streamline operations and enhance our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the team with scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide information regarding our copier and printer services.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of copiers, printers, and related supplies.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance schedules, and client interactions.
  • Coordination: Liaise with service technicians and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service activities, inventory status, and customer feedback.
  • Office Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and handling incoming calls.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred, preferably within the office equipment or technology sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
