Job Summary
As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an HR Manager to lead and execute the organization’s Human Resource functions. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining human resource policies, procedures, and best practices, while also implementing talent management goals for continued growth.
Responsibilities
· Support the overall culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth across the team
· Establish key performance indicators for human resource functions and assess the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
· Manage compensation, benefits, performance management and employee incentive programs, ensuring the organization maintains competitive total rewards packages
· Develop talent acquisition strategy and lead recruitment activities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all human resource issues, assist with resolution of human resource-related questions, concerns and issues
· Maintain knowledge of, and ensure compliance of, laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
· Participate in professional development and networking conferences and events, as appropriate
· Collaborates with the TCARE leadership team on how talent contributes to the organization’s strategy and long-term success
· Performs other duties as needed
Required Skills and Abilities
· Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
· Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
· Attention to detail and good judgement
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· At least five years of progressive human resource management experience required, with talent management experience highly preferred
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
