As a member of our growing team, the Human Resources Manager-ISO Manager will develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures. Manage all functional areas within responsibility including employee relations, payroll, salary administration, benefits, and training staffing. The Human Resources Manager-ISO Manager will also work as a liaison between internal and external auditing to ensure the company stays in compliance with ISO 9001.

A day in the life of this Human Resources Manager-ISO Manager position includes:

• Developing and implementing Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal, state, and employment laws and requirements/regulations;
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from human resource information system (HRIS);
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to leadership;
• Manage all administrative functions of the human resource department including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits (Health, Dental & Vision, Life, 401k, etc.), onboarding, orientation, terminations, training and development, and staff events;
• Overseeing all functions for internal and external audits as required by the ISO standards;
• Collaborate with the Global and Management team for audit results along with implementing or adjusting new standards;
• Managing corrective and preventive actions process in response to internal and external audit results;

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager-ISO Manager position will possess:

• Associates degree in Business or related field required;
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources as a Human Resources Manager or a Senior HR Generalist with strong knowledge in all aspects of human resources administration;
• SHRM certification is required;
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to handle the confidential matter with discretion;
• Familiar with California Employment Laws preferred;
• Experience with unions is strongly preferred;
• 1 years of experience with ISO 9001 is preferred;

Our office is conveniently located in Maryland Heights, MO. Our compensation and benefits package includes a base salary range of $75,000-$80,000 based on experience, plus health, dental, vision, and generous paid time off programs.
