Position Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Tax Relief Helpers, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses resolve their tax issues. We are seeking individuals with some sales experience who can excel in a phone-based sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients via phone to understand their tax issues, providing them with a clear understanding of our services and how we can assist them. *No cold-calling* prospects. We ensure warm leads only.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' tax situations to identify their specific needs and determine the most appropriate tax resolution services.
  • Solution Presentation: Articulate the benefits of Tax Relief Helpers' services, tailored to the client's needs, to effectively close sales and help clients regain financial peace of mind.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and transactions, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Sales Growth: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tax regulations, and our services to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and sales managers to share best practices, strategies, and insights to optimize sales performance.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the assistance they require.

Qualifications


  • High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Some prior sales experience is preferred, especially in a phone-based sales environment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to actively listen and understand clients' needs.
