A growing services organization in Connecticut is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Project Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager
- Managing the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
- Meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
- Developing project plan and drives milestones
- Establishing effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
- Providing day-to-day direction to project resources
- Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
- Preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets
Qualifications:
- 5 years of related Project Management experience
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret project data.
- Experience with Smartsheets
- Previous work experience with Jira
- Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
