Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions
The Project Manager-Enterprise Solutions will be a member of the Enterprise Solutions & Applications (ESA) Application Services team within the Global IT Organization.The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, organized, and analytical with a strong background in project managementand governance.An Individual which ishighly adaptive and influential in leading stakeholders, fostering partnerships with IT and business management on an ongoing basis is critical for this role.
What you’ll do as the Project Manager:

- OverseecomplianceandsuccessfulexecutionofallProjectsandInitiatives
- Deliver status presentations, reporting, tracking in-progress projects against scope, schedule, budget, and risks/issues.
- Align ESA Application Services Project structure within client's delivery framework withinAzure DevOps Platform toensuredata quality of ourProjectsandInitiatives.
- Oversee the ESA Application Services Project Budget, tracking forecast to actual and facilitate forecast reviews.
- Facilitateprojectreviewstoensurethe entireportfolioof projects iswellunderstood, on track, and actioned for success.
- Facilitate the portfolio level resource planning process, ensuring overall resource capacityandresource allocationsare transparent.
- Lead/conduct periodic ‘mock’ governance gate reviews of the projects, ensuring that ESA Application Services Projects are adhering to established frameworks and to evaluate health of the projects.Provide expertise to project managers to course correct at risk/off track projects.

- Proven track recordin deliveringProjects of various durations, budget, and complexity on-time, on-budget, and in-scope
- Proventrackrecord insuccessfulgovernanceofmultipleprojectsrunning inparallel
- Effectivegovernanceofthird-partyservicedeliverypartners
- Experience in software development life cycle methodologies and current technologyindustrybestpractices(includingDevSecOps)
- KnowledgeofITSystems(e.g.Infrastructure,Security,Applications,andData)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills - the ability to translate complexchallenges intoeffectiveandcomprehensibleaction plans
- Effectivelyprioritizeandexecutetasksinahigh-pressureenvironment
- Strongleadershipandmentorshipskills
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunication
- Detailoriented andself-starter
- ProficiencywiththeMicrosoftOfficesuiteincludingProject,ExcelandVisio
- ProficiencywithAzureDevOps
- ProficiencywithPowerBIpreferredbutnotmandatory
Certifications:
- ProjectManagement Professional (PMP)or Program ManagementProfessional (PgMP) certification preferred
- AgileProjectManagementcertification–CertifiedScrumMaster(CSM),Scaled AgileFramework(SAFe)orsimilar preferred
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Security Information Manager) preferred
