YOUR ROLE
- Is responsible for disciplinary governance of local PIMIs responsible for monthly / weekly / daily coordination concerning
- Launches / Relaunches, through local PIM together with MarketingEnsures communication flow between International PIM and RMU / LMU
- Acts as central interface to International PIM and Supply Planning, informing about local decisions, impact on P&L, progress in projects etc.
- Reflects local timings and occurrences to evaluate impact on international timings and escalation
- Supervises process adherence in countries to Henkel launch standards
- Conducts consistent supply risk assessmentIs responsible for controlling project KPIs
- Provides guidance and acts as gatekeeper of projects
- Participates and cooperates at local PIM meetings in the countries
- Conducts benchmarking and identifies best practices
- Aligns on capacity and demand analysis for critical production start-ups (Inhouse and CMTG)
- Steers capacity allocation in bottleneck situations based on quotation process; collaborates with production in capacity planning steering

Thesalary for this role is $94,500.00 – $141,400.00. This is the range that wein good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
