Tamcare Services is Hiring an Account Manager Near Beach, FL
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on both the main contact as well as the next level above and below.
- Develop and maintain a schedule to perform “site walkthroughs” during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are upheld.
- Lead, facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing clients.
- Ensure there is a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to present ancillary service offerings.
- Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public.
- Build client base through referrals from existing client base.
- Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients.
- Communicate regularly with the CEO and Director of Operations to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage service level expectations for specified scope of work.
- Manage gross margins for base contract work and ancillary services to help meet and exceed company financial goals and ensuring satisfactory accounts receivable levels.
- Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with customers.
- Participate in company meetings.
- Maintain satisfactory Accounts Receivable levels.
- Collaborate with Office Administrator to ensure database is current with updated with current client information.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by CEO.
- Develop a regular cadence of site visits with clients.
- Work with Business Coach
- Continually seek out opportunities to grow and communicate our values to prospective and current clients by networking, referrals, and leads
- You have 3 years customer service, management, or leadership experience within a B2B Service Industry.
- You have a knack to build, coach and develop teams for high performance.
- You are able to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the business and customers.
- 2 or 4 year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a B2B Service Industry.
- You are tech savvy with proficient; Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint with ability to conduct professional business from a smart phone and Tablet.
- You have experience building and presenting client proposals.
- Must be able to travel between Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties
