Job Summary:
Talynt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Experience in technical or technology sales is preferred
- Ability to travel for client meetings as needed
