GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to partner with offering recruiting support and assistance for the end-to-end hiring process. Duties include,but are not limited to creating and supervising the inhouse staff, daily communications with customers & upper management. Be able to handle a situation once it arises. Provides solutions to problems that are faced in the day to day operations of this branch. In addition help maintaining requisition/candidate files, coordinating interviews, preparing and reporting the staff hired.
