The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:

• Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
• Greet incoming guests and assist them with their needs
• Maintain filing system
• Sort and distribute office mail
• Perform additional administrative duties
• Assist with various projects for the managers

Skills required for Receptionist / Administrative Assistant position:

• 3 years Receptionist / Administrative Assistant experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Word & Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
