About the Role:

Leadership & Team Management (40%)

  • Build and cultivate a high performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
  • Develop and coach team members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Lead by example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Performance management: Implement effective performance management practices, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

Sales & Membership Growth: (40%)

  • Achieve studio membership and revenue goals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional sales support: Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Track and analyze membership data: Monitor key membership KPI’s and use insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing team: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads.

As a Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind cultivating lasting customer relationships and exceeding revenue goals. You'll lead a team of talented sales professionals, empowering teams to excel through your coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Architect: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and crafting customized solutions that deliver exceptional value.
  • Prescription Mastermind: Go beyond transactional selling. Implement a consultative approach, identifying clients' challenges and prescribing the perfect solutions from our diverse portfolio.
  • Value Evangelist: Clearly articulate the unique benefits and ROI of our offerings, effectively overcoming objections and closing deals with confidence.
  • Leadership Luminary: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing coaching, motivation, and development opportunities to help your team reach their full potential.
  • Data Decoder: Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, track performance, and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Resourceful Navigator: Delegate tasks and resources effectively, ensuring optimal alignment with financial objectives and maximizing team productivity.
  • Strategic Thinker: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in relationship-based selling, prescribing solutions to customers and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the sales processes, lead generation, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to extract insights from sales data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and exceeding financial objectives.
