Surf Thru Express Car Wash is Hiring a Guest Service Manager Near Austin, TX
Surf Thru Express Car Wash is looking for a positive, upbeat Guest Services Manager that is interested in a fast-paced rewarding environment. This position supports all 4 Surf Thru locations in the Texas region. Successful candidate must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license as driving (approximately 20% of the time) is an essential function of this position. Surf Thru strives to provide our guests with excellent service and is excited to find the perfect candidate for this role.
Guest Services Representative Duties:
- Customer Service related calls/visits
- Membership sales, cancellations and management
- Administration support for Car Wash sites and Managers
- Recruiting/hiring site team members
- Cashier training and evaluations
- Inventory management
This is a fulltime position with starting pay at $17 hourly MONTHLY BONUS POTENTIAL FREE CAR WASHES MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT (for work related travel)
