We are the Courtyard Dripping Springs.
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
