We are looking for a SMB/Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive marketing execution across channels and assist with the overall marketing strategy. We have a product customers love and a sales team driving rapid growth within our small business and enterprise level footprint. We need someone who is ready to drive
marketing execution across our various acquisition marketing channels and assist our Senior Manager of Marketing with finding new areas of opportunity to grow our business and enterprise level sales channels. This person will be ready to get in the weeds and execute marketing for radio, direct mail, print, OOH and OTT.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution

• Utilizing our CRM, Hubspot, create marketing campaigns targeted to our small business and enterprise audiences that drives a multi-touchpoint channel marketing strategy
• Collaborate with our direct sales team to support their efforts and drive leads/sales
• Working with Senior Manager to support marketing campaign planning/strategy that drives targeted business subscriber connects.
• Drive campaign execution by developing segment specific direct mail, email, OOH, OTT and print creative working with our partners and freelance designers.
• Define end-to-end customer journey and experience that drives long term retention
• Assess the competitive landscape on a quarterly basis to ensure strong positioning of pricing and offer strategies.
• Continually evaluate and learn; recommend new acquisition approaches and A/B tests to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor data to understand performance of campaigns, report key metrics, insights and engagement rates to drive conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading campaign execution and data segmentation
• Experience executing multi-media go-to-market strategies with customer behavior insights applied across multiple customer segments and personas.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot and like tools/platforms
• Strong leadership and people management skills with demonstrated abilities of collaboration and teamwork.
• Must have highly developed organizational, planning and management writing skills, oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Demonstrated experience and focus on supporting exceptional customer experiences.
• Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams.
• Structured, analytical thinker.
• Prone to action, results focused and able to thrive in a challenging/growth set environment.
• B2C experience; SMB experience preferred.
