Job Description
Description of the Position :
Responsibilities :
- Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs
- Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner
- In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed
- Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed
- Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work
- Assist LTO's with daily issues
- Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay : 21.50 per hour
Requirements
Requirements :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (. OSHA, company, .
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, in accordance with safety policies.
