Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position located in Naples.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide accurate information and assistance
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Assist with matching estimates and supplements
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
