YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SERVICE MANAGER
You will work from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our dispatcher to optimize scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects. As a core responsibility, you will take a hands-on approach to train and develop our technicians, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and hiring process, building a strong team of professionals who embody our values and dedication. One of your key objectives will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Moreover, you will actively drive revenue growth through effective project management, cost control, and maximizing productivity.
