Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and other financial data
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
