Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team for an upcoming summer camp program. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for campers.

Duties:
- Lead and participate in various camp activities such as games, arts and crafts, sports, and nature walks
- Supervise campers to ensure their safety and well-being at all times
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote a positive camp environment
- Assist in planning and organizing daily schedules and activities
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Background in early childhood education or special education is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to coach sports or lead recreational activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with campers, parents, and fellow staff members
