Qualifications
•Should have experience in HVAC/AC
•Should have experience in Plumbing such as toliets, sinks, tub drains, etc•
Should have experience in painting/drywallResponsibilities•
Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
•Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $10.50 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
